1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel, please log in to your EzCraze account and follow the cancellation instructions.
If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
1.2 Cancellation by EzCraze:
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as unavailability of stock or payment issues.
In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

2.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are eligible for:
Canceled orders within the specified time frame.
Returns initiated within our Return Policy guidelines.
2.2 Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or EzCraze Wallet.
Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, such as Gift cards and Virtual Products, are non-refundable.
2.4 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

3.1 Initiating a Return:
Log in to your EzCraze account > Go to My Orders > Select the product that you want to return > Click Apply for Return & follow the necessary details.
3.2 Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
3.3 Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
