1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, please log in to your EzCraze account and follow the cancellation instructions.
- If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
1.2 Cancellation by EzCraze:
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as unavailability of stock or payment issues.
- In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are eligible for:
- Canceled orders within the specified time frame.
- Returns initiated within our Return Policy guidelines.
2.2 Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or EzCraze Wallet.
- Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items, such as Gift cards and Virtual Products, are non-refundable.
2.4 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Initiating a Return:
- Log in to your EzCraze account > Go to My Orders > Select the product that you want to return > Click Apply for Return & follow the necessary details.
3.2 Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
3.3 Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
